We are seeking real estate professionals with passion and drive to excel in the dynamic retail real estate industry to join our Retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a team to achieve project objectives, such as occupancy, budget rent, trade & tenant mix, etc.
- May be assigned to carry out retail consultancy and planning works.
- Seek appointments for the team with landlords and retailers / F&B operators.
- Represent landlords to find suitable tenants for various types of retail properties.
- Represent retailers and F&B operators in their business expansion plans.
- Initiate or participate in marketing activities through various channels.
- Manage lease negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Cultivate accounts and foster relationship with clients
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma / Degree in Real Estate/Estate Management or equivalent
- Currently an existing salesperson or qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command of written and oral English
- Has initiative and able to work independently
- Motivated individual and mature team player
- Innovative and resourceful
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
