About the Role The Manager, Asset Servicing (Income & Entitlements) will lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of dividends, coupons, claims, and other income events across global markets. This role sits at the center of post-trade operations, partnering with Front Office, Technology, and global business partners to deliver outstanding client service, strong risk controls, and operational excellence. What You'll Do

  • Lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of dividends, coupons, claims, and other income and entitlement events across global markets.
  • Ensure a high level of client service by maintaining processing accuracy, meeting service level commitments, and responding promptly to internal and external inquiries.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on income and entitlement events, providing guidance and consultation to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams to resolve issues, improve communication, and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead projects and change initiatives, including business requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure effective risk management and adherence to operational, regulatory, AML/ATF, and conduct risk requirements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning. What We're Looking For
  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, Economics.
