What you’ll be doing

Manage a portfolio of up to 30 hotel projects at various stages of development and construction.
Review and approve architectural plans, site assessments, and development proposals.
Guide owners and franchise partners through the implementation of brand standards.
Conduct design reviews, site visits, mock-up inspections, and final project sign-offs.
Monitor project progress through Salesforce and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Develop and manage Technical Services Agreements (TSAs) to support project delivery and generate added value for the business.
Review conceptual designs, facilities programs, and construction documentation.
Ensure compliance with brand standards across new-build, conversion, and renovation projects.
