A leading CFO Advisory Firm is hiring a Manager – Accounts and Finance to lead end-to-end CFO and finance operations for multiple clients. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong expertise in accounting, MIS, budgeting, reporting, and financial controllership who are looking to work in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CFO service delivery for multiple client engagements. Manage monthly financial closures, MIS reporting, and management dashboards. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis. Review financial statements and ensure accounting accuracy. Coordinate taxation, statutory compliance, and audit activities. Lead and mentor a team of 3–8 finance professionals. Drive process automation and improve financial reporting systems. Build strong client relationships and provide business advisory support.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Haves

• Chartered Accountant with 5–7 Years Post-Qualification Experience, or

• Semi-Qualified CA / Commerce Graduate / Post-Graduate with 8–10 Years of Relevant Experience

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Controllership

• Expertise in Advanced Excel, Power Query, ERP Systems, and Financial Reporting

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Preferred

• Experience in CFO Advisory, Consulting, KPO, or Multi-Client Environment

• Knowledge of Ind AS, Taxation, and Regulatory Compliance
