Job Title: Manager 2-IP litigation
Location: Sun House - Corporate Office
Job Summary & Areas of Responsibility:
- IP Landscape Preparation, FTO searches & preparing evaluation reports
- IP litigation support: Provide litigation support including review of documents, discovery and coordinate with various internal stakeholders and counsel.
- Pre-PIF assessments: Preparation of prosecution summary of relevant patents, IP Summary etc.
- Timely support to Portfolio, Business Development, R & D, PMO, and Regulatory teams
- New Product Opportunity Identification - based on IP scenarios
- Monitoring of IP updates, Competitive Intelligence and regulatory developments

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification
-
Master of Pharmacy or M.S. (Pharma) or M. Tech. (Pharma) or Ph.D. (Pharma) (Pharmaceutics or Chemistry preferred) from reputed institute.

Specific Certification

P.G. Diploma in Patents Law (preferred)
Experience
-
At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in IP domain

Skill (Functional & Behavioural): Sound understanding of IP dynamics, technical skills, Good communication skills, Team player, Agility & adaptability.
