About the Role We’re hiring for our Management Training Program in York, PA. This role offers a structured path to learn the business from day one, with mentoring and opportunities to advance into leadership roles within Enterprise Mobility. What You'll Do
- Begin learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master knowledge in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations to eventually run your own branch, grow new business, and develop a team.
- Engage with the community to build relationships essential to building your own business.
- Thrive in a culture of friendly competition that drives growth and success. What We're Looking For
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future. Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,745 with an average 46 hour work week.
