Sunplast is a leading plastic manufacturing company in Nigeria with almost 30 years experience in the plastic manufacturing industry. Sun Group entered into the Plastics industry through the acquisition of a plant in Sango Ota, Ogun State in 1991. A second plant was installed and commissioned in 2000 in Lagos. In 2015 both plants were merged under one roof in Ogun State. The plants, which operate under the names Bright Products Limited and Sunplast Industries Limited, are equipped with top-of-the-line injection molding machines from China, India and Taiwan.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and departmental rotations.
• Gain practical knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and factory operations.
• Support assigned departmental activities and projects.
• Monitor operational data and prepare reports.
• Identify process gaps and support productivity and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Work with experienced professionals and departmental heads.
• Demonstrate leadership potential, discipline, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Statistics, or other relevant disciplines.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• NYSC discharge/exemption certificate where applicable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability and willingness to work in a factory/industrial environment, including shifts where required.
