About the Role Join Enterprise Mobility's Management Training Program as a Management Trainee in Reading, PA. The role is designed to develop you into a future branch manager through hands-on experience in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations, with mentoring and internal promotion opportunities. What You'll Do
- Start learning the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches; serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; get out into the community to establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
- Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations; always put our customers first.
- Thrive in a culture of friendly competition that drives growth and success. What We're Looking For
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,745 with an average 46-hour work week.
