Tincan Island Container Terminal Limited (TICT), established in 2004, is a multinational company operating in Nigeria with its Terminal located at Tin-can Island Port, Terminal B (2nd Gate), Apapa, Lagos and has its Head Office at 1/3 Point Road, Apapa, Lagos. After a very competitive bidding process, TICT emerged as the concessionaire of Terminal B, Tincan Island Port. Armed with a long-term lease agreement with the Federal Government of Nigeria, and an unwavering commitment to continued investment in Port development, we are poised to position ourselves as a key industry player within the African sub-region.

Job Summary
We are seeking young, intelligent, and technically driven graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join our Management Trainee Programme. The ideal candidates should demonstrate strong academic performance, sound technical aptitude, quick thinking, innovative thinking, as well as a strong willingness to learn and develop. The programme is designed for high-potential graduates who can learn quickly in a fast-paced technical environment and contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated capacity beyond their academic background, particularly in Excel, AI tools, data analysis, digital applications or other skills relevant to the role.
Minimum Requirements HND or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of Second Class Upper / Upper Credit, as applicable. Not more than 28 years old. We are looking for bright, innovative, and high-potential graduates ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.
Candidate Profile Young, sharp-minded, proactive, and adaptable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning ability. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant digital tools. Knowledge of AI tools and data analysis is an added advantage. Good communication and teamwork skills. Open to both male and female candidates.
