Management Trainee Program
We are seeking young, intelligent, and technically driven graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join our Management Trainee Programme. The ideal candidates should demonstrate strong academic performance, sound technical aptitude, quick thinking, innovative thinking, as well as a strong willingness to learn and develop. The programme is designed for high-potential graduates who can learn quickly in a fast-paced technical environment and contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated capacity beyond their academic background, particularly in Excel, AI tools, data analysis, digital applications or other skills relevant to the role.
Minimum Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper / Upper Credit, as applicable.
- Not more than 28 years old.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant digital tools.
