About the Role Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program in Schuylkill Haven, PA. This hands-on program develops future branch managers through training, mentoring, and promotion from within, spanning sales, customer service, operations, and business development. What You'll Do
- Begin day-one learning the business from a neighborhood branch and serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
- Engage with the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business while learning customer service, sales/marketing, finance, and operations. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree, or within 1 semester of graduating.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation & Benefits
- Target 1st-year annual compensation of $50,745.
- Average 46-hour work week.
