About the Role Take part in Enterprise Mobility's Management Training Program in Central Pennsylvania. The program develops leaders across sales, customer service, retail management, and operations with training, mentoring, and a clear path for advancement. The role is based at 501 West High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464. What You'll Do
- Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind the scenes operational expert.
- In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
- You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support and get out into the community to establish essential relationships.
- You will learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and always put customers first.

- Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than two moving violations or at fault accidents in the last three years).
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted first year annual compensation of $50,745 with an average 46 hour work week.
