About the Role Joining Enterprise Mobility's Management Training Program in Mechanicsburg, you will start as a hands-on trainee and learn the business from day one, with the goal of eventually running your own branch and developing a team. Our program emphasizes training, mentoring, and promotion from within, offering a clear career path in a growth-focused environment. What You'll Do
- Start learning our business from day one based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the program.
- Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Always put customers first in every interaction.
- Be part of a culture of friendly competition that drives success. What We're Looking For
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,745 with an average 46-hour work week.
