About the Role We are launching a Management Training Program in Central Pennsylvania. This entry point develops you into a future branch leader through hands-on learning, mentorship, and development across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. What You'll Do
- Start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch as a Management Trainee.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers/partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and engage with the community to build relationships essential for growth.
- excel at customer service, sales & marketing, finance, and operations while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Thrive in a culture of friendly competition to drive business success. What We're Looking For
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,745 with an average 46 hour work week.
