About the Role Start your career with Enterprise Mobility! We’re hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. This role provides a structured, mentor-supported path to becoming a branch leader, with hands-on learning in sales, service, marketing, finance, and operations. What You'll Do
- Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood Enterprise Mobility branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while handling the behind-the-scenes operational duties.
- Master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Build community relationships and engage in community outreach to grow the business.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Embrace a culture of friendly competition that drives personal and company success. What We're Looking For
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Nice to Have Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,745.
- Average 46 hour work week.
