About the Role Start your career with Enterprise Mobility! We’re hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Central Pennsylvania. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch, with a path to running your own location. You’ll receive training, mentoring, and development in customer service, sales, finance, and operations, with a culture of promotion from within. What You'll Do
- Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch; serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations; learn what it means to always put customers first.
- Embrace a culture of friendly competition that drives growth for the business and your career. What We're Looking For
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,745 with an average 46 hour work week.
