About the Role We’re hiring for our Management Training Program in Harrisburg, PA. This role is designed to develop future leaders across sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations, with a clear path for advancement within Enterprise Mobility. What You'll Do
- Participate in a structured Management Training Program starting day one, based at a Harrisburg branch.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Learn and master the knowledge to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support while gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Build relationships in the community to grow your own business.
- Uphold our customer-first culture and our emphasis on friendly competition to drive success. What We're Looking For
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted first-year annual compensation: 50,745 USD. Average 46-hour work week.
