My name is Michael uh or Mike. I've been working for the company as a management trainee for almost a year now. Enterprise Mobility's management training programme was really enticing for me just because I had heard how you can really set up a good foundation for your career, you know, all the opportunity that was at your disposal once you do the time and you work for the company, you kinda see what's um out there for you to kind of go into. Enterprise Mobility seems like the perfect fit with what I wanted with my career goals. I've always loved the idea that there's so much opportunity for growth. You don't have to come into a company and just stay at your one position, your one job. You can always be looking forward and, you know, trying something else. The big motivating factor for me at Enterprise Mobility is progression. Uh, we're a company that works hard, we reward hard work. So every day I get out of bed knowing that I'm doing my job to the best of my ability, and I will be rewarded for it. I joined Enterprise Mobility because I really like the culture and ethos. Uh, I like what they do. I like how they, um, motivate people, motivate communities, and the way they grow also, they are very superb multinational company.

From Management Trainee to Senior Strategic Account Manager: Michelle M. Shares her Career Story Describe your career path with Enterprise Mobility. My career at Enterprise Mobility started in 2008 when I became a Management Trainee. Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with individuals who possess a variety of leadership styles. At some point during my time as a Branch Manager, an opportunity opened up on the Business Rental team. While unsure about the various career paths available, I decided to take a leap of faith. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, I am fortunate to be doing what I enjoy most about my job, which is working with exceptional individuals, continuously expanding my personal and professional growth, and ultimately, having fun! What does Black History Month mean to you? To me, Black History Month represents a time to reflect on the extraordinary achievements of Black people who have shaped the world we live in today. It is the chance to discuss the hardships, triumphs, and contributions of Black people who have influenced the modern world. The older generations sacrificed everything to ensure a better life for the next generation. I would not be able to have the life I live if it were not for those sacrifices, I’m forever grateful. Is there a Black leader, past or present, who inspires you? One Black leader who inspires me is Madam C.J. Walker. She is a symbol of determination, innovation, and empowerment. She overcame adversity to become the first self-made female millionaire in the United States, despite being born into poverty as the daughter of former slaves. Her entrepreneurial spirit, dedication to uplifting Black women through beauty and haircare products, and commitment to philanthropy resonate deeply with me. She demonstrated that success is achievable through hard work and vision, even in the face of systemic b
