Start your career with Enterprise Mobility! We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This role is based in Cadillac, MI and offers a clear path into sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations as a future manager.
What You'll Do

Join our Management Training program and learn the business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch.

Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling behind-the-scenes operational tasks.

Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, grow new business, and develop a team.

Receive guided mentoring and hands-on experience; build community relationships and always put customers first. You’ll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a culture of friendly competition that drives success.

What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.

Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years; no DWI/DUI convictions in the past five years.

At least one year of experience within the last five years in: sales with commission or goals/bonus potential, or customer service in a sales-related industry (retail, restaurant, hospitality), or leadership roles in athletics, military, clubs, or organizations.

Must be authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship needed now or in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

Targeted first-year annual compensation of $51,542.20, with an average 45-hour work week.

Paid Time Off starting at 21 days per year.
