What You'll Do
- Meet virtually with clients to review and explain benefits
- Help families access no-cost and supplemental programs
- Build relationships and provide ongoing client support
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Work within a structured system designed for success
- Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients over the phone and on Zoom.
- Comfortable interacting with families and union members to review benefits.
- High school diploma.
- Able to use Zoom for virtual client meetings.
- Able to obtain an insurance license before full training begins.
- Based in the United States.
- Available for meetings in the Eastern Time zone.
- Has a laptop suitable for remote Zoom-based work.
