We are looking for ambitious Consultants and Senior Consultants to strengthen our Operations & Improvement team in Stockholm.

Our Operations & Improvement team works with clients across major sectors, helping them tackle challenges critical to the performance, growth and resilience of their operations. We work from strategy through to implementation, combining expertise across operations, engineering and technology, digital strategy, and people and change to deliver improvements that go beyond traditional process optimisation.

Typical client engagements include:

• Enterprise-wide cost reduction programmes, including design-to-value innovation, cash flow management and sourcing optimisation
• Supply chain network and logistics optimisation
• Manufacturing capacity improvement, scaling and innovation
• Designing and delivering the supply chains and manufacturing capabilities of tomorrow, including supply chain digitalisation
• Operational excellence and performance improvement
• Agile and broader business transformations

What you’ll do

• Depending on your experience, you will support or lead the delivery of strategic and complex consulting engagements, working on end-to-end transformation projects and taking increasing responsibility for client relationships, project delivery and team leadership.

You will:

• Drive performance improvement initiatives from strategy through execution, analysing performance, identifying opportunities and designing practical solutions.

• Manage projects, deliverables and timelines, including PMO activities, while supporting and leading organisational and operational change.

• Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable business benefits through improved ways of working, digitalisation and governance.

• At more senior levels, lead project teams and client relationships, while contributing to business development, sales initiatives and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• We are looking for people who are curious, ambitious and eager to learn, with experience in management consulting and/or transformation projects.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Experience within performance improvement, agile operations, operational excellence and/or supply chain management

• Consulting or transformation experience within sectors such as manufacturing, transport and/or defence

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities

• A collaborative, positive and results-oriented approach

• For more senior candidates, experience managing projects, leading consulting teams and working with senior client stakeholders
