About the Role During your employment at Zurich Group Deutschland, you will support the Document Operations department. You will take on independent tasks from day one and become a direct member of the team, gaining insight into operational work and supporting the team with autonomous tasks.
What You'll Do
- Support the department head as Management Assistant
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and internal management meetings for department staff
- Contribute to creating presentations, reports, and analyses for internal and external meetings and events; develop conceptual and analytical skills
- Support (sub-)projects and learn project work within the Group
What We're Looking For
- Goal-driven, organized person with a structured working style who can manage workload independently and conscientiously
- Enrolled full-time student with some study experience, ideally in economics or a related field
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly presentation and moderation tools
- Analytical thinking, good sense for connections and a broad perspective
- Clear, convincing communication – both in team and cross-functional
- Good German language skills in spoken and written
