Management Analyst, Journeyman

About the Role KAIROS, Inc. is seeking an energetic, experienced Management Analyst, Journeyman to collect, review, and analyze information and make recommendations to the Government. This onsite role in Newport, RI supports budget execution, acquisition documentation, reporting, and continuous analysis across assigned projects. What You'll Do

• Tailor standard tools to support project reporting, continuous analysis, complex problem-solving, and rebalancing requirements across projects.
• Provide budget execution support, financial documentation, and monitoring.
• Translate technical requirements into acquisition documentation within prescribed formats and standards.
• Prepare status reporting, develop recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Understand the organization and the Government's relationships to prepare recommendations.
• Prepare and solve mathematical models.
• Report findings and recommendations to the Government; submit both written and oral presentations; implement proposed suggestions. What We're Looking For

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field; 3 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. Nice to Have

• Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
