About the Role Assist Motorola Solutions' International Services team in delivering mission-critical IT and radio/communications solutions. This internship offers hands-on experience with mission-critical software applications, AI, and automation used in command centers, helping protect people and assets. What You'll Do
- Shadow & Learn: Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mission-critical IT and Radio systems.
- Incident Support: Assist in tracking system performance and documenting incident resolutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with web, mobile, and middleware teams to understand complex technical workflows.
- Documentation: Help prepare reports for customer meetings regarding service availability.
- SLA Awareness: Learn how to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs). What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Basic understanding of Networking, IT systems, or Wireless Communications.
- Strong desire to learn mission-critical technologies.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
- Travel willingness: Under 25% travel.
