Job Summary

• We are hiring five experienced Station Managers to oversee daily filling station operations, manage staff, monitor fuel stock and sales, ensure accurate financial records, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance. Candidates must be honest, firm, detail-oriented, and reside in Magboro, Ibafo, or Olowotedo.

Key Responsibilities

Station Operations:

• Oversee daily operations across fuel sales, the lubricants bay, and the station mart.
• Ensure smooth operations, effective service delivery, and proper use of station facilities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.

Staff and Team Management:

• Supervise pump attendants, security personnel, and other station staff.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.

Stock Management and Reconciliation:

• Conduct daily stock checks and dipping for PMS, AGO, and DPK.
• Reconcile physical stock with sales records and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movement and report shortages or irregularities promptly.

Financial Management and Reporting:

• Ensure timely cash lodgements and accurate daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor station expenses and support bank reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prevent cash shortages.
• Submit daily reports on sales, expenses, stock balances, and incidents.

Compliance and Customer Service:

• Ensure compliance with applicable DPR/NMDPRA regulations and station safety procedures.
• Maintain required safety standards and ensure a clean operating environment.
• Attend to customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Station Supervisor or Station Manager.
• Must reside in Magboro, Ibafo, or Olowotedo and live close to the assigned station.
• Honest, firm, accountable, and trustworthy.
• Good numerical, stock reconciliation, and record-keeping skills.
• Computer literate, with the ability to prepare basic sales and financial reports.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Age Bracket: 30–50 years.
• Preferred Gender: Male.

Salary

N150,000 – N250,000 + Target-Based Bonus.
