Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles, marketing concepts, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
