- At least 4 years experience in concierge, front desk, guest relations, reservations, or hospitality roles.
- Experience in restaurants, lounges, hotels, or premium hospitality environments.
- Proven ability to manage bookings, reservations, and walk-in guests effectively.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
