Job title: Male Executive Assistant / Business Analyst

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and analytical Executive Assistant & Business Analyst to work closely with the Managing Director, providing executive, administrative, and business analysis support.
- The ideal candidate will manage the MD’s daily schedule and administrative responsibilities while analysing business performance, financial data, and operational reports to support informed decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support:

Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and other executive documents.

Coordinate follow-ups on assigned tasks, meetings, and management decisions.

Maintain confidential records and ensure the smooth running of executive office operations.

Business & Financial Analysis:

Analyse financial and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Prepare basic financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and expenditure summaries.

Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic performance reports.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research to support strategic planning.

Assist in evaluating business opportunities, operational costs, revenue performance, and profitability.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support the MD’s decisions.

Business Operations & Coordination:

Track ongoing projects, deadlines, deliverables, and management action points.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

Support the development of business plans, proposals, presentations, and strategic initiatives.

Identify administrative and operational gaps and recommend practical solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, business analysis, finance, administration, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of financial concepts, business operations, budgeting, and basic financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate the MD’s needs, and meet tight deadlines.

Salary
NGN 250,000 - NGN 300,000 per month.
