About this role
Meet John, and Then Meet Your New Favorite Job 🌟
He's funny 😄. He's stubborn in the best way 😅. He loves trains, dinosaurs, and music🚂. And right now, he's looking for someone to spend after-school afternoons and weekends with him — playing, learning, and just being a steady, fun presence in his week.
That's where you come in. 👋
We're hiring a Behavior Technician / ABA Paraprofessional for 1-on-1 sessions in Paterson, NJ (07522) 📍. This isn't a sit-behind-a-register kind of job. You'll be on the floor, in the moment, actively working with a kid who's got a lot of personality and a lot of potential.
💡 The practical stuff:
-
💰 Pay: $20 - $0
-
🕒 Schedule: After-school & weekends — flexible enough to work around classes or another job
-
📋 Experience needed: None!! we want you!!!!
-
🎈 What you'll actually do: play-based learning, skill-building activities, and a whole lot of encouragement
🤝 The honest pitch: Some days will be easy. Some will test your patience. All of them will matter. If you're the kind of person who shows up, stays consistent, and gets genuinely invested in someone else's progress — this is a good fit. ❤️
