About the Role
As a Majster odbornej výchovy (m/f/d) at ZF, you will coordinate dual education and lead practical training for students at the company site, contributing to the FutureStarter program. You will shape curricula and ensure proper documentation, while collaborating with production teams to deliver hands-on learning that aligns with school plans.
What You'll Do\
- Lead students during practical training in the dual-education system within company premises.\
- Prepare curricula and teaching plans.\
- Ensure correctly completed documentation for practical training.\
- Implement training content according to the education plan approved by the school.\
- Allocate students to machines and equipment by trade.\
- Supervise safety at the workplace (BOZP).\
- Prepare final practical examinations.\
- Coordinate student assignments with production instructors.\
- Assess and provide grades at month-end and for semester/year classifications.\
- Collaborate with manufacturing departments across the company.
What We're Looking For\ - Education: Technical secondary school or electrical engineering; bachelor’s degree; ideally in electrical/electro.\
- Knowledge of processes related to dual-education (DV).\
- Pedagogical education or willingness to obtain it; lead-instructor training (DTI).\
- Ability to work with students and to supervise safety.\
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits\ - Monthly salary from €1,560 gross (including base pay, premiums, bonuses).\
