Nous vous proposons le challenge suivant au sein de notre équipe Banquet …

Orchestrer le service et assurer une bonne coordination des événements (effectuer le dispatch des tâches entre les collaborateurs)

S'assurer de la bonne transmission des informations à l’équipe (briefing, débriefing)

Intégrer, former et encadrer son équipe

Garantir les mises en place demandées, conformément aux demandes clients et à la logistique convenue avec le service Event et la Cuisine.

Superviser la mise en place des pauses

Superviser le service tout en accompagnants les Chefs de rang et les extras dans leurs missions opérationnelles,

Accueillir, prendre en charge les clients dès leur arrivée

Être à l’écoute du client et lui apporter une réponse adaptée à sa demande

Être co-responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs du service : en veillant au respect des procédures et contrôles internes qui impliquent son équipe et en développant les ventes.

Participer aux inventaires et gérer les stocks

Être garant(e) de la propreté, du port des EPI, des règles d’hygiène, du bon fonctionnement et d’un usage conforme et respectueux du matériel et des locaux.

Qualifications

• Vous êtes la personne qu’il nous faut si vous…
• Disposez d’une expérience en restauration banquet et en management d'équipe confirmée (2 ans)
• Maîtrisez l'anglais +++
• Disposez d'un bon sens de l'accueil et du service
• Êtes dynamique, rigoureux(eux) et organisé(e)
• Disposez d'une bonne présentation
• Disposez de moyens de transport individuels ou collectifs vous permettant d’assurer des shifts qui peuvent être sur des horaires décalés en fonction des évènements

• CDI 39 heures / semaine, horaires continus
• 2 repos hebdomadaires consécutifs, dont un samedi/dimanche garanti par mois
• Rémunération brute sur 13 mois sous condition ancienneté réduite à 3 mois
• Intéressement selon les résultats avec un potentiel de versement de 3000 €/an + participation Groupe
