About the Role The Maitre D is the point person responsible for overseeing the dining room, coordinating seating (including large parties), and greeting Guests with the Maggiano’s Way. As a frontline ambassador, you’ll ensure guests feel welcome, create memorable experiences, and contribute to a fast-paced, hospitality-driven team culture. What You'll Do
- Oversee dining room operations and seating arrangements, including large parties
- Greet Guests and act as a goodwill ambassador in the dining room
- Ensure guests feel special and provide a warm, hospitable dining experience
- Collaborate with the Front of House team to maintain upbeat, high-quality service
- Uphold Maggiano's standards and The Maggiano's Way in daily operations
- Support event-related seating and service as needed during busy periods What We're Looking For
- Strong guest-service orientation and clear communication
- Ability to manage seating and dining room flow in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to stay upbeat during long shifts
- Willingness to work a full-time, onsite role and adapt to a fast-paced restaurant setting Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating seating for large parties and events (weddings, celebrations, special occasions)
