About this role
Volt is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a busy manufacturing facility in Camarillo, CA. In this role, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment while working closely with the Production team, Cell Leads, and technical experts to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and industrial equipment
- Use a multimeter and other diagnostic tool to identify and resolve electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery
- Complete mechanical repairs, adjustments, and equipment setups
- Diagnose problems with motors, sensors, switches, relays, and other machine components
- Apply knowledge of 24V control systems and industrial electrical systems
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
Qualifications

Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing or production equipment

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Proficient in the use of a multimeter and other diagnostic equipment

Knowledge of 24V control systems and industrial electrical systems

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment

Bilingual English and Spanish Required
