Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for Maintenance Technician in Hayward, CA

Work Hours: Monday to Friday with possible overtime

Shift: Shift would start out from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm/ 8:30 am- 5:00 pm and eventually shift to a swing shift, possibly 11:00am - 7:30pm

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Replace worn parts and perform minor repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning or line-down equipment to ensure manufacturing continues running.
• Assist senior maintenance technician with complex repairs.
• Document completed work per GMP requirements and maintain maintenance records.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 2-5 years' experience in a maintenance role - manufacturing and equipment/facilities preferred.

• Mechanical background and experience.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools, mechanical systems, preventative maintenance procedures, safety practices (lock out tag/out, PPE, etc.)

• GME/GMP experience preferred.

• Experience in reading drawings, P&IDs, electrical and mechanical schematics.

• Experience/knowledge of HVAC, pumps, servos/motors, chillers, freezers, air handlers, compressors.

• Strong problem solving skills and basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Experience with Maximo software a plus.
