Job title: Maintenance Technician
About the Role Responsible for improving and/or maintaining the availability of production equipment with high performance in terms of maintenance, quality and production metrics.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and improve availability and performance of production equipment through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Diagnose and solve problems using electrical diagrams and related tools.
- Generate reports and graphics using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to track maintenance, quality, and production metrics.
- Support project implementation, planning and execution (Kaizen and Pokeyokes).
- Use sensors, vision systems, saw cutting mechanisms, mechanical tools, and measuring instruments (multimeter, power sources, ammeters, vernier, micrometer, etc.).
- Manage measurement equipment (force meter, vibration, temperature, etc.) and have basic knowledge of AC and DC motors.
- Apply ESD knowledge, demonstrate proactive teamwork, and participate in personal training.
What We're Looking For
- Intermediate English (75%).
- Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
- Two years of experience handling electronic component cutting equipment.
- Experience generating reports/graphics in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and solve problems.
- Knowledge in project implementation, planning and execution (Kaizen and Pokeyokes).
- Knowledge of sensors, vision systems, saw cutting mechanisms.
- Knowledge and use of mechanical tools; handling of measuring instruments (multimeter, sources, ammeters, vernier, micrometer, etc.).
- Knowledge of and experience with corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
- Personal training, ESD knowledge, and proactive teamwork.
