About the Role Maintains, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs plant equipment and machinery at the Ocala, FL facility. Performs building and machinery maintenance, manages hazardous materials, and helps ensure safety and production standards are met with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment, machinery, and tools.
- Troubleshoot and correct mechanical and electrical problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and machine operation manuals.
- Operate air and power hand tools; perform repairs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Recognize and resolve unsafe conditions; follow all safety and environmental regulations and 5-S requirements.
