Summary & Objectives
Coastline Equity is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residential and multifamily properties in San Pedro, California. This on-site role installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains residential units, common areas, and property systems while following safe and efficient maintenance practices.
Essential Functions

Perform property renovations, unit turnovers, and routine maintenance.

Handle electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and painting work.

Troubleshoot and repair light fixtures, outlets, fans, garbage disposals, toilets, and other property equipment.

Complete scheduled and emergency repairs, including on-call responsibilities.

Conduct preventive maintenance and keep work areas safe and clean.

Use hand and power tools, diagnostic meters, and AppFolio to manage work orders.

Deliver professional customer service to residents and collaborate with vendors and team members.
Pay rate: $25.00–$29.00 per hour.
Requirements

Valid driver's license.

Entry-level experience in one or two trades, maintenance, or renovation.

Willingness to learn.

Ability to lift and move materials, follow safety protocols, and manage multiple work orders.

Clear communication and professionalism when working with residents and the team.
