About the Role We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial automation to service and improve PLC-based machines at our Łódź factory. The role is suitable for both early-career professionals and experienced specialists, with level and compensation matched to your skills. What You'll Do
- Service, upgrade, and repair machines and equipment equipped with PLC controllers, vision systems, and servo drives.
- Regularly perform technical inspections of machinery.
- Ensure safe working conditions at all times.
- Analyze causes of failures and electronic problems.
- Implement solutions to prevent future outages. -Share knowledge and support team members according to experience level. What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of experience and technical education (preferred fields: electronics, mechatronics, automation).
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends.
- Ability to work with technical documentation (electrical diagrams).
- Experience with servo drives, inverters, and PLC controllers (knowledge of Siemens S7 or Allen-Bradley is a plus).
- Practical knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, and industrial electronics.
- Optional: experience programming machine networks (e.g., Ethernet).

- Direct employment with P&G; first contract for 12 months, followed by permanent employment.
- 700 PLN gross per month for IV-shift system; approx 360 PLN gross night allowance (depending on hours).
