Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Assist with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming activities.

Support robotic equipment maintenance and ensure proper operation of production lines.

Complete facility maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, downtime, and work orders.

Participate in problem-solving activities related to safety, quality, and equipment efficiency.

Support equipment modifications and improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

Ensure compliance with 5S standards, safety policies, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Participate in audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

High school diploma or GED required; technical trade school or equivalent certification preferred.

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
