Job title: Maintenance Technician
About the Role The Maintenance Technician is responsible for increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness by properly maintaining and improving equipment and maintenance processes across the facility. This role focuses on reliable production equipment performance and safe, efficient maintenance operations.
What You'll Do
- Follow all safety rules and work in a manner that is conducive to maintaining a safe and healthful workplace
- Keep a neat, clean, and organized work area
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures as scheduled
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and building systems
- Determine root causes of equipment failures and implement permanent solutions
- Assist and train other internal and contracted maintenance technicians
- Assist contractors with repairs, revisions, construction, and new equipment setup
- Use internal system to record all work performed on a daily basis
What We're Looking For
- Ability to use multimeter for troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical systems up to 480VAC
- Working knowledge of PLCs and automated systems
- Basic PC skills
- Read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control prints and schematics and use them to troubleshoot circuits
- Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment efficiently and effectively
- Technical certification with specialty experience in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, etc.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $39.18 per hour
