Job title: Maintenance Technician
About the Role Join Nolato Contour as a Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping the factory's equipment up and running through hands-on maintenance, repairs, and proactive upgrades. You'll receive substantial hands-on training and contribute to manufacturing life-saving medical equipment for world-renowned brands.
What You'll Do
- Set up shop tools and equipment
- Keep the building and grounds in tip-top shape
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot issues
- Make approved modifications to machinery and equipment as needed
- Repair and replace defective parts
- Start up different equipment and verify performance
- Maintain, install, and repair electrical equipment
- Keep accurate records of tools and maintenance performed on equipment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Nice to have: Associates degree in a related field or equivalent training; two to four years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics as well as welding fabrication, plumbing, HVAC, blueprint reading, basic PLC knowledge, compressors and vacuum systems
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (7:00-7:30) and (19:00-7:30)
Nice to Have
- Associates degree or related training
- Additional hands-on experience across the listed technical disciplines
- Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment
