About the Role Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to support the venue's safety and operational goals. This role combines hands-on maintenance with a focus on sustainability and guest service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keeping guest areas free of trash, restocking restroom materials as needed.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
- Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program (sorting waste, collecting recyclables, educating fans about efforts).
- Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue—collect recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved sections, store event equipment such as lawn chairs and barricade.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
