Job title: Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations at our Kentucky and Youngstown sites. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting reliability and safety initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems at multiple plant sites
- Troubleshoot issues, diagnose root causes, and implement timely fixes to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize equipment uptime
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities; commitment to safety
- Willingness to work at multiple site locations
Preferred:
- Technical certifications (OSHA, electrical, PLC) or relevant training
- Experience with CMMS systems and root-cause analysis methodologies
