Job title: Maintenance Technician
About the Role The Maintenance Technician role at Koch IP Holdings, LLC (Molex, in Lincoln, NE) is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining molding, assembly or plating equipment and related support systems to keep manufacturing lines running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and troubleshoot AC/DC controllers, relay logic circuits, electronic circuits
- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance as required
- Ensure timely, safe completion of work orders
- Regularly lift and move product as part of daily duties
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
- Experience programming, troubleshooting, and modifying Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and industrial controls
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Shift schedules: First Shift Plating Department: Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.; Second Shift Assembly Department: Mon-Fri 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (+$1.75 shift premium); Third Shift Plating Department: Sun-Thu 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (+$2.25 shift premium)
