Volt is immediately hiring a Maintenance Technician III in San Diego, CA 92121
As a Maintenance Technician III, you will:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex automated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and automation-related issues.
- Monitor equipment performance, cycle times, and production metrics to achieve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets.
- Utilize CMMS systems (Maximo preferred) to document maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical manuals, and work instructions.
