Maintenance Technician
ABM is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of building maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance activities across campus facilities. This position supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of university buildings and equipment.
Pay: $23-26 per hour

Schedule: Full-time position, generally Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and participation in an emergency on-call rotation.
Perform routine and emergency building repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment. Repair and maintain doors, locks, lighting, fixtures, mechanical equipment, and other facility systems. Assist skilled trades personnel with construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean work area. Respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in the on-call rotation. Support a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
