Job title: Maintenance Technician
About the Role Catalytic Combustion is hiring Maintenance Technicians at our Bloomer, WI facility to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment. You will work within safety, predictive and preventative maintenance programs to keep systems running and support clean air technology.
What You'll Do
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production facility equipment according to safety, predictive and preventative maintenance systems and processes.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards; follow preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime; conduct routine inspections and participate in training/mentoring as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) required.
- Two year degree in Industrial Mechanical or equivalent technical or military training or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of related work experience preferred.
- Availability to work 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4:30pm-2:30am) or Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun 6:00am-4:30pm); OT available when needed.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of safety, predictive and preventative maintenance systems.
