About the Role The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, functional, and welcoming campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This role handles daily custodial services, routine building maintenance, grounds upkeep, event setup, and general facility support to keep the school running smoothly throughout the academic year. What You'll Do
- Perform routine inspections of classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, cafeteria, and outdoor areas.
- Complete minor repairs including painting, changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, assembling furniture, changing ceiling tiles, and other general maintenance tasks.
- Report maintenance issues requiring specialized repairs to school administration.
- Monitor school equipment and facilities to ensure safe operation.
