Guess?, Inc.'s Facilities department is hiring a Maintenance Technician (HVAC Technician) to handle installation, maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems across multiple job sites at their corporate campus.
The role covers installing and assembling HVAC components such as motors, controls and piping; performing routine maintenance and cleaning to keep systems running efficiently; diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults, including replacing parts; troubleshooting issues with diagnostic tools; ensuring all work meets safety standards and manufacturer guidelines; communicating with customers about issues and solutions; and keeping accurate records of work performed.
The Facilities team handles everything from tenant improvement construction projects to campus security, event coordination, and onsite maintenance and repairs, including running new data lines and collaborating with MIS.
Requirements: High School education and 2-4 years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver's license and clean driving record since travel between job sites is required. Base pay ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
