Job Description

• Carry out painting, varnishing, and touch-up work on walls, ceilings, doors, wooden elements, and other surfaces.
• Perform filling, skim coating, restoration work, and minor finishing activities.
• Ensure the aesthetic quality of surfaces and the flawless execution of work, with attention to even the smallest details.
• Promptly restore guest rooms, suites, public areas, back-office spaces, and technical areas as needed.
• Carry out routine maintenance activities and minor repair works on equipment, furniture, fixtures, and building structures.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, building, and carpentry repairs within the scope of own competencies.
• Identify any irregularities and promptly report the need for major maintenance interventions.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth and continuous operation of the property.
• Work in compliance with safety standards, internal procedures, and the high-quality standards expected in a luxury five-star hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance roles, preferably gained within hotels, luxury hospitality environments, prestigious residences, or similar settings.

• Excellent manual skills with proven experience in painting and finishing works.

• Good knowledge of filling, skim coating, surface preparation, and painting techniques.

• Broad maintenance knowledge, including basic building works, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and minor repair activities.

• Ability to work independently, quickly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and organization.

• Flexibility and willingness to respond to the operational needs of the property.

• Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to interact discreetly and professionally within a luxury hospitality environment.

• Gross annual salary range: 24.000 - 25.000 euro
